CLIENT REFUND POLICY
 
It is the policy of Cole Park Veterinary Hospital to ensure a client’s satisfaction with the services rendered and/or products purchased at Cole Park Veterinary Hospital. To that end, refunds are made according t the following guidelines:

PRODUCTS:
  • Products that are guaranteed by the manufacturer include Hill’s Science and Prescription Diet, Royal Canin Diets, and Lupine collars and leashes are fully refundable regardless of reason for return. Refund shall be made in accordance with original method of payment.
     
  • For over-the-counter products such as Frontline Plus, the unused, unopened portion may be returned for a fractional refund provided the product was purchased at Cole Park Veterinary Hospital within the last thirty days. Proof of purchase may include Cole Park Veterinary Hospital computerized patient history or client receipt. Refund shall be made in accordance with original method of payment. The manufacturer should be contacted by the client or by Cole Park Veterinary Hospital in the case of product dissatisfaction.
     
  • Prescription drugs are returnable for a fractional refund ONLY if the doses are sealed in individual packaging such as Clavamox, Interceptor, and Sentinel. Proof of purchase may include Cole Park Veterinary Hospital computerized patient history or client receipt. Refund will be made in the form of a credit on the client’s account.

SERVICES:

  • The mission of Cole Park Veterinary Hospital is to provide exceptional service at a reasonable cost. Any request for a refund on a service provided by Cole Park Veterinary Hospital should be directed to the Practice Manager and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If financial recompense is indicated, the method of refund will also be considered on an individual basis.
